You apply for it the same way
for any school in the U.S. Go to fafsa.ed.gov to apply for up to 10 universities outside the U.S. Each university abroad has a unique FAFSA code that you can find through the university's international office. Fill out the application, along with yours and your parent's financial information. You submit it as soon after January 1st and in 4-6 weeks you will get an award letter for each university.

WHAT WILL I GET IN FEDERAL AID FOR A UNIVERSITY ABROAD?
Federal loans from $5,500 for a first year undergraduate loan for students dependent on their parents all the way up to $20,500 for each year of a graduate school abroad. www.studentaid. ed.gov is a great starting point on how subsidized and unsubsidized loans work and all the details on amounts of federal aid available.
